The Seamless Process of Musical Planning with SpeechLess Music

Planning a wedding involves countless details and decisions, from choosing the perfect cake to coordinating with countless vendors. At SpeechLess Music, we understand the importance of seamless coordination, specifically when it comes to music. Our goal is to make the music planning and song selection process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Here’s how we do it:

Musical Logistics and Song Selections: Our Shared Google Doc Approach

To organize musical logistics and song selections, we use a shared Google Doc. This collaborative document is a game-changer for our clients, musicians, and administrative team. Here's how it works:

Comprehensive Planning: Music Planning will prompt questions and suggestions for song choices, event timelines, and contact information for your venue and vendor team.

  • Easy Organization: The document is designed to be half educational and half organizational, simplifying music planning.

  • Visibility for All:  Because you are managing numerous communications simultaneously between cake, catering, flowers, dress, makeup, photographer, etc.. With us, no detail is ever lost because everything is visible in the google doc by all parties involved.

Music Planning

Previously Mentioned Shared Google Doc: We collaborate on your music planning sheet, which is a shared Google Doc used to:

  • Select songs

  • Collect vendor contact information

  • Address all logistics

  • Outline any emceeing instructions, if applicable

Final Approval

Approval Process: We’ll ask for your final approval on the planning document via email or phone/video as needed.

Performance Day: Your finalized planning document is what our ensemble(s) or DJ will reference to perform on the day of your event.

Streamlined for Your Convenience

At SpeechLess Music, we take pride in providing an organized and efficient musical planning process, ensuring that your wedding music is one less thing you need to worry about.
