As wedding musicians we’ve seen every app you can serve at soirees, dinner parties, and weddings. There’s a fine line between casual and elegant. Want to make your guests feel comfortable and refined? Here are a few of our favorite finger foods we saw this wedding season.

Single Serve Grilled Cheese & Tomato Soup

This is not the single serving airplane food from Fight Club. This is refined and fancy, yet not stuffy. Keeping it light and wholesome, this catering company served up mini grilled cheese wedges in a shot glass of hearty tomato soup. Easy to eat and definitely a treat.

Chic Candy Bar

Keep your inner child alive with a candy bar. The hand written signs say, “please eat me”. With mini scoops encouraging your guests to eat as much as they want, this indulgent and sweet platter something is elevated by the classy signage and insta-ready display.

Chicken Sliders for Days

Sliders are the perfect snacky finger-food for those that want to balance out all those cocktails. Filling and inviting, switch out the beef patty for fried chicken. Maybe add a lil aioli and you’re all set. People are sure to feel casual but cute at any party.
